Step 1: Add Your First Destination
Where your content will be published.
Choose where you plan to publish or share your content, such as social media, a blog, newsletter, or podcast.
Start with one destination. You can add more as you expand your content plans.
Step 2: Create Your First Planning Frame
What content you want to plan and for how long.
Create a planning frame for a defined period of time, such as one month of social media posts, a quarter of blog articles, or a year of newsletters.
Start with one planning frame. You can create additional frames as your content plans grow.
Step 3: Apply a Build Design
A reusable template for your planned content.
Choose a build design to automatically create the content structure inside your planning frame.
Use one of the available templates to get started. You can create your own build designs and reuse them for future planning frames.
Step 4: Set Where Your Content Publishes
Connect your planned content to its publishing destination.
Assign the destination you created in Step 1 to the content inside your planning frame.
You can apply the same destination to all your planned content at once. If you have configured lead times for that destination, they will be used when you set your publication dates in the next step.
Step 5: Set Your Publication Dates
Choose when your planned content will be published.
Set publication dates for the content inside your planning frame, such as every weekday for social media posts or once a week for a newsletter.
You can apply dates to all your planned content at once. If you have configured lead times for your destination, production dates will also be calculated automatically based on your publication schedule.
